GIGMA Business Studio provides digital solutions and professional business services. By accessing our website, purchasing our services, or engaging with our team, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. These terms establish a legally binding agreement between you and GIGMA Business Studio and govern all interactions, transactions, and service engagements.

Our services may include web development, app development, business automation, AI solutions, legal compliance services, branding, digital marketing, consulting, and related professional services. You agree to use our services only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any misuse, unauthorized access attempts, or unlawful activities may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.

All project fees, retainers, subscriptions, and service charges must be paid according to the agreed proposal, quotation, invoice, or contract. Payments may be required in advance, milestone-based, or recurring depending on the service model. Delayed payments may impact project timelines and deliverables. Applicable taxes, including GST and government levies, will be charged separately where required.

All designs, source code, content, strategies, frameworks, documents, graphics, and other materials developed by GIGMA Business Studio remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon completion of payment, ownership transfer will be governed by the terms specified in the project agreement. GIGMA reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, case studies, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, project requirements, approvals, content, credentials, and feedback necessary for project execution. Delays in communication, incomplete information, or failure to provide required materials may affect project schedules and outcomes. Clients are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their accounts and shared credentials.

Project timelines provided by GIGMA Business Studio are estimated based on the information, requirements, and approvals available at the time of project initiation. Delivery schedules may be affected by client-side delays, scope changes, third-party dependencies, technical limitations, or unforeseen circumstances. While we strive to meet agreed deadlines, specific completion dates are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

Due to the nature of professional and digital services, payments made for completed work, consultation services, registrations, compliance filings, design work, software development, and digital deliverables are generally non-refundable. Refund requests, if applicable, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and shall be subject to project status, completed work, incurred expenses, and contractual obligations. Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing.

GIGMA Business Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, website, software, content, or deliverables. Our total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Clients acknowledge that business outcomes, regulatory approvals, website performance, marketing results, and third-party service availability may vary and cannot be guaranteed.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, our services, or any business engagement with GIGMA Business Studio shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. Users hereby consent to such jurisdiction and waive any objection regarding venue or forum for the resolution of disputes.
